I. Overview
HZ-901S intelligent energy meter calibrator is designed for the power system on-site inspection of high-voltage power grid metering device operation and fault detection. The instrument uses high-precision internal instrument transformer and clamp-type current transformer to sample, allowing the operator to find meter errors and wiring errors quickly, safely and reliably. It provides effective evidence for the power system inspection staff to seize the electricity stealing, and leakage, to find metering device failure, correct measurement and to compensate for electricity quantity.
HZ-901S intelligent energy meter calibrator adopts today's popular ARM processor, 168M frequency and 128M memory that can be extended to 4G memory card. The LCD screen adopts 7-inch high-definition color touch screen, combined with emwin display, making the interface simple and user-friendly in full touch screen and non-keyboard operation. The instrument supports file system and can be seamlessly docked with the computer.

II. Functions and Characters
2.1 The calibrator can measure the error of the metering device, and determine whether the metering device is faulty under the condition of no power failure and no change in measurement circuit wiring.
2.2 The calibrator can measure various electrical parameters including voltage, current, power, phase angle, power factor, frequency etc., so as to accurately determine and detect the circuit failure of the device.
2.3 The calibrator can measure the CT transformer ratio error and phase angle (optional function).
2.4 The calibrator shows the three-phase voltage and current vector diagram, making it easy and clear to check the wiring error of the metering device.
2.5 The current loop is tested by clamp current transformer, so the operator can easily make quick, safe and reliable test without opening the current loop.
2.6 Composition error of reactive energy meter can be tested without wiring change.
2.7 The calibrator has the function of oscillogram display and harmonic analysis. It can simultaneously or separately display the voltage and current waveforms. It can analyze 1-30 harmonic contents and harmonic values with bar charts.
2.8 The calibrator adopts built-in emwin operating system to support full Pinyin input for Chinese character. It has 7-inch true color LCD display, no keyboard full touch operation, and one screen to display multiple electrical parameters.
2.9 The calibrator supports DBF database management, USB export function and Excel spreadsheet opening, without background software operation.
